Ambient Enterprises seeks an Inside Sales Engineer to quote, design, order, and track HVAC equipment for engineers and contractors in the Madison area. You will collaborate with Outside Salesperson(s) to move deals efficiently and accurately.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in HVAC, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit. Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred and training will be provided to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Problem solving in complex HVAC projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, engineers and clients.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments.
• Experience with HVAC industry (1–2 years) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support Outside Salesperson and coordinate with clients.
• Use selection software to design systems for engineers and contractors.
• Review design plans and provide pricing.
• Create proposals and pricing.
• Process orders and track through manufacturers.
• Maintain clear communication with clients.
• Coordinate training for equipment or tech services.
