Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking an HVAC CSR/Inside Sales professional for our Earth City, MO branch. The role focuses on selling products and services to customers face-to-face, by phone, and via email or fax, while ensuring a smooth sales process and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities include order processing, product education, and coordinating with the Branch Manager and other departments to maintain dealer relationships and drive territory coverage.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of progressive sales experience.
• High School diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment/products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services to customers via face-to-face, phone, email or fax.
• Process orders, purchase orders, quotes and delivery dates accurately.
• Educate customers about product terminology, features and benefits.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
