Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; some college preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC products preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via face-to-face, phone, email or fax
• Process orders and quotes with accuracy and timely delivery dates
• Provide product and technical information to customers
• Recommend alternate products based on cost or specs
• Coordinate shipments with manufacturing, sales, and vendors
• Maintain records and prepare sales activity reports
• Educate customers on product terminology and benefits
