Daikin Comfort is seeking a CSR/Inside Sales Representative to support both prospective and established customers. You will handle inquiries via face-to-face, phone, email, or fax, determine customer needs, and create solutions to speed up the sales process.

Responsibilities include order processing, product information, and coordinating with departments to resolve issues. Aimed at maintaining dealer relationships and driving territory coverage.

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of HVAC products and terminology.
• Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Help drive sales by maintaining accounts and communicating new product launches and discounts via outbound calls.
• Provide excellent customer service via face to face, phone, and email.
• Process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes, and delivery dates with accuracy.
