Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. in Marietta, GA is seeking an HVAC CSR/Inside Sales Representative for our branch operations.

You will assist prospective and existing customers—at the counter, on the phone, or by email—and help determine the best solution to meet sales quotas. The role requires extensive HVAC knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with manufacturing, distribution and vendors to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge is required.
• 6+ years of progressive sales experience.
• 5+ years in the HVAC industry.
• High school diploma or GED; HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts through outbound calls and introduce new products.
• Provide excellent customer service face-to-face, by phone, and by email.
• Process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes, and delivery dates accurately.
• Educate customers about product terminology and benefits.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, distribution, and vendors to ensure timely shipments.
• Train new customer service / inside sales representatives.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports on sales activities.
• Expand knowledge of HVAC products and industry trends.
