Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a professional Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for our Branch Operations group located at our Hollywood, FL branch.

The CSR/ISR handles customers by phone, email or walk-ins, builds sales, maintains house accounts, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. Responsibilities include order processing, quotes, inventory coordination, warranties, and collaboration with the Branch Manager

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; HVAC certification preferred.
• 1+ year of progressive sales and customer service experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment/products preferred; strong MS Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers at the counter, on the phone, and via email to fulfill orders.
• Process orders, purchase orders, quotes and delivery dates; ensure accurate entry.
• Maintain house accounts and communicate product launches, services and prices.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, distribution and vendors to manage shipments.
• Educate customers on product terminology, features and benefits.
