Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services to customers and meet sales quotas.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email.
• Process orders, payments, and delivery dates accurately.
• Provide product recommendations based on needs and availability.
• Train new CSR/ISR staff and maintain records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
