Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for our branch operations in the Fort Lauderdale area. The CSR/ISR will handle in-person, phone, email, and fax inquiries, driving sales and ensuring a smooth purchasing process.

Responsibilities include order processing, customer communication, and collaboration with branches and departments to resolve issues. HVAC knowledge and strong MS Office skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge or experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter and via phone, email or fax.
• Process orders, quotes and delivery dates accurately.
• Maintain house accounts and outbound dealer communications.
• Provide excellent customer service and product information.
• Help in warehouse tasks including inventory counts and forklift operation.
