Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. in Orlando, FL, is hiring a CSR/Inside Sales Representative for our branch operations. The role involves assisting customers at the counter, on the phone, or via email, and guiding them through product options, pricing, and delivery.

You will maintain accounts, process orders, and work to meet sales quotas while delivering excellent service. The position requires 1+ years of progressive CSR/sales experience, HVAC knowledge, and solid MS Office

Qualifications

• 1+ years of progressive sales/CSR experience
• HVAC experience preferred
• High School diploma (or GED) required; HVAC certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Support sales goals by maintaining accounts and communicating new product launches
• Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email
• Process orders, purchase orders, quotes, and delivery dates accurately
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specs
• Coordinate shipments with manufacturing, sales, and vendors
• Generate new and repeat sales through product knowledge
• Educate customers on product terminology, features and benefits
• Assist with warranties and returns
• Train new CSR/ISR team members
• Maintain records and prepare sales activity reports
