Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a professional for our HVAC CSR/Inside Sales role at our Warrenville, IL branch.

The CSR sells the organization’s products and services for prospective and established customers. Whether face to face, on the phone or through email or fax, the CSR handles customers’ needs by finding out what they need, answering questions, creating solutions and ensuring a smooth and quick sales process.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of progressive sales experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts and drive sales through outbound calls, new product launches, services and discounts.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, phone and email.
• Execute all aspects of the sales function including order processing, purchase orders, payments, quotes and delivery dates.
