Job summary

Cascade Services is seeking a General Manager (HVAC) to lead operations across its regional teams. You will steer leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning to maximize profitability and efficiency.

The role requires strong management experience in a matrixed organization, English proficiency, and a preference for HVAC industry expertise. You will coach staff, drive safety programs, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering excellent customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field OR a minimum of four years in a similar role.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
• HVAC industry-specific experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years management experience in a matrixed organization
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Language: English (Required); Spanish (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead operations management activities to maximize efficiency and profits.
• Oversee business leadership team and financial performance.
• Set and monitor KPI’s to track performance.
• Manage budget and forecasting processes to achieve revenue goals.
• Develop and mentor a diverse team of technicians and staff.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality control for installations and repairs.
• Drive sales processes including lead generation, qualification, CRM, and deal closure.
