Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum of four years in a similar role.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years management experience in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• English (Required); Spanish (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and align leadership teams to achieve KPIs.
• Set short- and long-term goals with leadership.
• Drive profitability through material and manpower optimization.
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor staff and manage performance evaluations.
• Implement sales processes from lead to closing.
• Manage vendor programs and procurement.
