Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of full-time management experience in residential HVAC.
• Working knowledge of residential HVAC methods, techniques and codes.
• Leadership ability to build consensus and drive performance.
• Willingness to grow and improve operationally and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production from executive interfacing to field operations and safety.
• Manage on-site progress, budgeting, and employee retention.
• Ensure successful execution of Plumbing & HVAC service operations.
• Mentor recruiting, interviewing, selection, and coaching of the operations team.
• Develop and improve organizational management protocols and tools.
• Collaborate with Ownership on growth plans.
• Drive safety, quality and profitability to meet objectives.
• Provide timely reports on operating conditions to Ownership.
• Act as a strategic partner across sales, service, installation and operations.
• Work autonomously while meeting Ownership expectations.
