You will own the division’s operations and financial performance, oversee field technicians, dispatch, and office staff, and shape strategy for growth and service quality. The role emphasizes cost control, safety, and exceptional customer relations, with opportunities to scale revenue and expand market share in a busy services environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of project management experience in construction or related fields.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC and general construction industries.
• California Driver License with clean DMV record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Typing proficiency and familiarity with Office and Excel software.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• P&L ownership: manage budget, track costs, and set pricing to hit gross margins.
• Lead field technicians, dispatch, and office staff; foster accountability and safety.
• Oversee daily dispatching, scheduling, and job workflows for efficiency.
• Develop sales strategies to grow commercial maintenance contracts and memberships.
• Serve as final escalation point for customer inquiries and disputes.
