Job summary
The Operations Manager at Cascade Services will oversee daily operations of our HVAC service, maintenance, and installation departments to improve efficiency, support department leaders, and drive revenue and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
They will work with the General Manager to manage workflow, staffing, scheduling, technician performance, customer experience, and overall execution across residential and commercial HVAC operations using ServiceTitan and other tools to
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities across field and office teams.
- Understanding of P&L management, job costing, and operational KPIs.
- Experience with service scheduling and dispatch or similar software.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of service, maintenance, install, and dispatch departments.
- Monitor labor utilization, profitability, and KPI performance to drive efficiency.
- Develop and improve processes, standards, and workflows across HVAC operations.
- Assist with staffing plans, training, and performance management.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and respond to escalated concerns promptly.
