- Bachelor's degree in Business, Const (construction) is preferred or required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of HVAC service, maintenance, install and dispatch departments.
- Improve operational efficiency and profitability while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor labor utilization, job profitability, and key operational KPIs.
- Develop and implement processes, procedures, and department standards; balance staffing and workloads.
- Lead and coach field and office teams; manage scheduling and performance reviews.
- Utilize ServiceTitan and other software to manage reporting, scheduling and performance tracking.
