Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field OR a minimum of four years in a similar role.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
• HVAC industry-specific experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years management experience in a matrixed organization
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Language: English (Required); Spanish (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead short and long-term goals for the company in partnership with leadership.
• Direct daily/weekly meetings with Department Managers and Service Teams to drive performance.
• Identify and establish KPI’s to track performance.
• Manage materials and manpower to optimize profitability.
• Implement Quality Control standards and procedures for Installation/Repair Activities
• Ensure Compliance with Safety and Regulatory Standards and Regulations
• Partner with Service Teams on problem-solving activities
• Lead, coach, train and mentor employees
• Oversee sales process including lead generation, qualification, CRM management, and deal closing
• Manage Budget and Forecasting processes to achieve revenue and profitability goals
• Implement and track Key Performance Indicators in adherence to budget
• Lead and develop a diverse team of technicians, staff and managers
• Conduct quarterly/annual reviews to develop the team
• Address customer concerns promptly to uphold reputation
• Procure materials and equipment timely at competitive prices
• Implement preferred Vendor program
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
