Job summary

Cascade Services in Virginia is seeking a General Manager (HVAC) to lead all operations, align the leadership team, and maximize profitability through strategic planning and disciplined execution.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, safety compliance, vendor management, and the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, while mentoring a diverse team of service professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field; or minimum four years in a similar role.
• Minimum of 5 years management experience in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• English (Required); Spanish (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the business leadership team and direct oversight of financial performance.
• Implement KPI tracking and quality control standards across installation/repair activities.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance; enforce safety protocols.
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to pipeline management and deal closure.
• Mentor and develop a diverse team of technicians, staff, and managers.
