EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician II to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems across a variety of customer locations.

The role includes a company vehicle, tools, and equipment, with daily travel to sites, potentially up to 75% of work time. Strong customer service, safety compliance, and written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• A certified 2-year HVAC technical certificate or state HVAC license is required.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License is required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVACR equipment per standards, read and follow operation sequences, monitor systems and perform diagnostics.
• Analyze root causes of HVACR problems and implement corrective actions, document findings and future work.
• Maintain logs, stock parts, and keep tools in safe, organized condition, support PMs and repairs.
• Assist other technicians and CMMS planners to optimize maintenance scheduling and execution.
• Adhere to OSHA safety policies and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
