Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years' experience and/or training in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or related maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain Scissor Lift and JLG licenses within 2 months.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Experience using CMMS and Building Automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs on facility equipment; communicate status and findings.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Conduct rounds to identify issues and document performance; part ordering and vendor coordination.
