Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial and industrial facility equipment.

You will conduct shift rounds, diagnose issues, and work with teams to ensure reliable building operations and safety. The role requires 4 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work with building automation and CMMS.

Qualifications

• 4 years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Proficient with CMMS and basic Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs on commercial/industrial facility equipment.
• Conduct shift rounds to monitor systems and document performance.
• Maintain/building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and related hardware.
• Order parts, manage vendors, and participate in job/project meetings.
• Document results in CMMS and communicate status to customers.
