Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems at multiple sites. You will work under safety standards, read and follow operation manuals, and collaborate with customers, vendors, and team members.

The role requires a high school diploma, EPA Universal Refrigeration License, and experience with ACUs, AHUs, heat pumps, VAVs, and BMS/CRAC units.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2-year HVAC certificate or state license required.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License required.
• Experience with industrial/commercial HVAC equipment/systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and service commercial/industrial HVAC equipment.
• Maintain logs and records and ensure safety compliance.
