Job summary

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems, performing repairs, ordering parts, and maintaining CMMS records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent) required; some business or trade schooling preferred.
• 4 years’ experience and/or training in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry or related fields; equivalent combination accepted.
• Licenses/certifications: valid driver’s license, forklift operator’s license, JLG operator’s license.
• Ability to interpret instructions and write routine reports; proficient with MS Word and email; experience with work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems.
• Inspect and evaluate operating characteristics, diagnose issues, and document system performance.
• Order parts, manage vendors, attend meetings, and update PM lists in CMMS.
• Coordinate with team and customers; provide status updates and ensure on-time completion.
