Job summary

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment, monitor operations, and document readings and issues to ensure reliable performance. The role requires extensive hands-on experience with HVAC equipment, boilers, chillers, and controls, plus a HS diploma and a Universal Refrigeration License.

Qualifications

• HS diploma and formal HVAC training completed.
• Five or more years of related experience.
• Universal Refrigeration License and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains HVAC equipment, boilers, chillers and controls across buildings.
• Performs preventive maintenance and records readings and actions.
• Monitors system operation and adjusts as needed to ensure reliability.
• Performs tests and data analysis to verify proper functioning of equipment.
• Keeps manuals, logs and maintenance history up to date.
• Follows safety procedures and OSHA guidelines in all tasks.
• Assists with start-up/shutdown and commissioning activities when required.
