Job summary

EMCOR Group is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to service and maintain commercial HVAC systems across a Houston-area region. You will travel to multiple customer sites, perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair equipment, and ensure safety and compliance with company standards.

The role requires strong communication, 5 years of HVAC/general maintenance experience, and EPA Universal Refrigeration licensing. A valid driver’s license and hand-held device proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or Certification/Experience in Landscaping, Trades, or related field.
• Certified 2 year HVAC technical certificate or state license.
• 5 years HVAC/General Maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on standard HVAC systems and boilers.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical issues on HVAC equipment.
• Operate handheld devices to access work orders and submit reports.
• Maintain safety and compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
