Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services seeks an HVAC Technician to deliver preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC systems across multiple sites. The role includes minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and using tablets and smartphones for work orders, with company van provided.

Requires 5+ years in HVAC/maintenance, EPA Universal Refrigeration License, and a valid driver’s license. Travel between properties is required; safety and quality are prioritized.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or degree/certification, or equivalent professional experience in Landscaping, Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc), or Specialty Floor Care, preferred.
• Certified 2 year HVAC technical certificate or state approved HVAC license.
• 5 years HVAC/General Maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, carpentry required; or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on standard HVAC systems and components.
• Inspect and repair boiler systems, ducting, and electrical components.
• Safe handling of refrigerants and maintenance materials in EPA-compliant manner.
• Use handheld devices to document work orders and report status.
