Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician I to perform preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems. You’ll work with BMS, read operation manuals, and maintain logs while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires high school diploma with a 2-year HVAC certificate or state license, EPA Universal Refrigeration license, and a valid driver's license. On-site work with on-call rotations and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with a 2-year HVAC certificate or state license.
• Experience maintaining industrial/commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant license and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVACR equipment and systems.
• Read and follow sequence of operation, schematics and manuals.
• Record readings, logs and service reports; perform preventive maintenance.
• Work with CMMS planner and other team members to optimize tasks.
