Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Valid Vehicle Operators license.
• Ability to stand, sit or squat for extended periods of time.
• Lift, move and carry material up to 50 lbs.
• Climb stairs, ladders and work at extended heights.
• Wear PPE (dust mask, gloves, eye and hearing protection).
• Wear a company uniform and maintain a neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Change and service filters, oil & grease bearings and belt adjustments.
• Maintain cooling towers, condensers, coils and tubes.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning as required.
• Conduct indoor air quality maintenance including duct systems and drain pans.
• General housekeeping to operate mechanical equipment.
