Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company is seeking a District Technical Support/Sales Representative to deliver HVAC technical guidance and training for distributors and dealers in the Upper Midwest. The role is field-based and based near a major US airport.

You will provide installation advice, answer technical inquiries, and drive sales through training on installation, service, and diagnostics while coordinating with field teams to support customers.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field required.
• 5+ years direct HVAC or industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be computer literate.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice regarding routine product installation along with service issues and refer more complex questions to higher levels.
• Assist field organization with rapid and accurate responses to all sales targets' technical product inquiries.
• Maximize customer, distributor, and dealer sales by training and promoting the Company’s product installation methods and service diagnostics.
• Communicate feedback from customers on product problems or modifications to help improve overall quality.
