Qualifications

• Associates degree in technical field or equivalent technical education.
• 5+ years direct HVAC or industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present training to large groups.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, crawl, and climb; field-based travel.
• Ability to travel roughly 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice regarding routine product installation along with service issues and refer more complex questions to higher levels.
• Assist field organization with rapid and accurate responses to all sales targets' technical product inquiries.
• Maximize customer, distributor, and dealer sales by training and promoting installation, service, diagnostics, and new product introduction.
