Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field is required.
• 5+ years direct HVAC or related industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to use common software.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, crawling, and climbing.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-one escalation support and diagnostic guidance for complex HVAC and building control issues.
• Coach, mentor, and train customers and HVAC technicians on best practices, safety, installation, troubleshooting, and new technologies.
• Conduct site visits to investigate product failures and assist in training for customers.
• Act as the technical liaison between customers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve in-field issues.
• Perform other duties as required.
