Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years direct HVAC or industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC refrigeration cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Must be able to perform physical functions of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds, crawling, and climbing.
• Ability to travel roughly 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-one escalation support and diagnostic guidance for HVAC and building control issues.
• Coach, mentor, and train customers and HVAC technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
• Conduct site visits to investigate product failures and training opportunities.
• Act as liaison between customers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve field issues.
• Perform other duties as required.
