Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in technical field.
• 5+ years direct HVAC or industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, crawl, and climb.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-one escalation support and diagnostic guidance for HVAC and building control issues.
• Coach, mentor, and train customers and HVAC technicians on best practices, safety, installation, troubleshooting, and new technologies.
• Conduct site visits to investigate product failures and aid in training for customers.
• Act as the technical liaison between customers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve field issues.
• Perform other duties as required.
