Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company is seeking a District Technical Support/Sales Representative to provide HVAC technical advice and training to distributors and their dealers in the Upper Midwest. This field-based role requires you to reside near a major US airport and travel roughly 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in technical field.
• 5+ years direct HVAC or industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present training to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide HVAC technical advice and training to customers including distributors and their dealers on proper installation, operation and service.
• Assist field organization with rapid and accurate responses to all sales target's technical product inquiries.
• Maximize customer, distributor and dealer sales by training and promoting installation methods, product service and diagnostics.
• Communicate feedback from customers on product problems or modifications to help improve Rheem's products.
