Carrier Enterprise is seeking an HVAC Field Technical Support Specialist in Central Florida to deliver advanced post-sales technical support to contractors, dealers, and customers across multiple channels. The role includes on-site startups, commissioning, and hands-on field training, ensuring proper equipment application and practical customer guidance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HVAC technical and customer support, strong troubleshooting, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• AA/AS in HVAC or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years HVAC technical and customer support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across residential and commercial applications.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-channel support cases (phone, email, text, digital) from intake to resolution with timely follow-up.
• Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues, escalating critical problems as needed.
• Conduct on-site technical support including equipment startups, commissioning, and training.
• Deliver technical training to contractors, dealers, and internal teams.
• Build contractor relationships and identify supplemental sales opportunities.
• Support onboarding with product orientation and operational guidance.
• Maintain documentation in case management systems and stay current on HVAC tech and regulations.
• Drive regional service initiatives to improve quality and contractor capability.
