Job summary

Carrier Enterprise in Miami seeks a Service Technical Support Specialist to support Carrier Distributors in developing, implementing and coordinating Territory's service fulfillment processes. The role requires strong HVAC knowledge and ability to work with energy management systems and controls.

Ideal candidates live in the Miami area, are bilingual in English and Spanish, and can travel up to 50% of the time to meet customer needs and ensure quality across sites.

Qualifications

• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree or seven years of field HVAC experience.
• Familiarity with energy management systems, HVAC systems and temperature controls.
• Knowledge of Carrier/Automated Logic Controls is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical literature and communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support Carrier Distributors in development, implementation, and coordination of service fulfillment processes.
• Ensure safety standards and provide feedback on quality issues to Centers of Excellence.
• Supervise and inspect job sites to maintain quality standards and report findings.
• Travel throughout the Territory up to 50% to fulfill service duties.
