Job summary

Envelop Group is a family of companies specializing in design, installation, and optimization of facility technologies. The HVAC Service Technician will maintain and service commercial HVAC systems, execute start-ups, and provide warranty support, serving customers in Central Florida with a company vehicle, tools, and mobile phone provided.

You will join an existing team but work independently most of the time, traveling to client sites and ensuring safety and documentation standards are met

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience installing or maintaining commercial HVAC systems.
• Refrigerant CFC (608) Certification.
• Working knowledge of chillers, boilers, air handlers and related equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance and service requests for HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical issues and identify faulty components.
• Support project transition from installation to service/warranty phases.
• Conduct equipment startups and warranty services.
• Maintain safety, asset security, and accurate documentation.
• Travel to job sites within the service area and coordinate with the Service Manager.
• Be flexible to overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays.
