Job summary

Service Experts in Texas seeks a skilled supervisor to lead technicians and helpers installing, maintaining, and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. You will schedule daily work, conduct meetings, and ensure safety and quality control across projects.

You will train staff on technical skills, safety practices, and company processes while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining proper inventory of parts and tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 5+ years HVAC experience.
• Demonstrated basic leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to train others in technical skills and customer service.
• Must possess EPA and safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises technicians and helpers installing, maintaining, and servicing HVAC equipment.
• Plans and schedules work to maximize productivity and meet customer needs.
• Trains employees on technical skills, safety, and company procedures.
• Maintains safety, vehicle, and tool inventories; submits material requisition where needed.
• Represents the company professionally and maintains high customer satisfaction.
