• Coaching on safety practices and productivity is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of service technicians in daily field operations.
• Act as hands-on supervisor and technical advisor to technicians and customers.
• Ensure work adheres to codes, company policies and safety standards.
• Coach safety and productivity, provide performance feedback.
• Participate in on-call rotations and hiring recommendations.
• Interface with customers to support service delivery and proposals.
