Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 10+ years of experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to train others and lead field staff.
• Experience reading wiring diagrams and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Supervises technicians and helpers on installation, maintenance, and servicing tasks.
• Reviews upcoming work and assigns crews to maximize productivity.
• Leads meetings, trainings, and safety briefings with staff.
• Ensures quality control and adherence to company procedures.
• Provides administrative support and coordinates with the General Manager.
• Maintains safety, equipment, and company assets; supports customer service.
