Engineering Excellence Incorporated is seeking an experienced supervisor for HVAC installation, maintenance and service across residential and light commercial projects. The role supervises technicians, coaches staff, and ensures safety and high-quality workmanship while supporting the General Manager.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HVAC, EPA/safety certifications, and strong leadership skills. On-site work and flexible hours are expected, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and five plus years of experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to train others in technical skills and customer service.
• Must have EPA and safety certifications and valid licensing as required

Responsabilidades

• Reviews and monitors upcoming work to schedule technicians and crews to meet customer needs.
• Conducts regular meetings and training on lead generation, customer service, and safety.
• Trains employees, ensures safety rules are followed, and conducts quality-control checks.
• Represents the company professionally and assists the General Manager with administrative tasks.
