Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with formal HVAC training.
• 5+ years’ HVAC experience with technical training certification.
• EPA and safety certifications required by regulations.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Excellent customer service and time management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and helpers to meet customer needs.
• Schedule and assign crews to maximize productivity.
• Conduct training on technical skills, safety, and processes.
• Perform service/maintenance/installation as needed.
