Engineering Excellence supervises technicians and helpers who install, maintain, and service commercial HVAC equipment. The role oversees daily work, ensures staffing, mentors staff, and enforces safety rules while performing service tasks as needed under the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities include leading installations, site visits, training staff on products, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through professional service and strong operational oversight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 10+ years HVAC experience
• Demonstrated leadership and training skills
• EPA and safety certifications required
• Must have valid licensing as required by laws for the work area
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Proficient in servicing commercial HVACR equipment
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Able to work flexible hours and on-call shifts
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsabilités

• Lead field technicians and crews to maximize productivity and meet customer needs
• Schedule and assign technicians based on upcoming work and staffing
• Lead installations, retro fits and large projects
• Train employees on technical skills, processes and safety
• Ensure safety rules and practices are followed on site
• Perform service, maintenance, and installation work when needed
• Conduct quality-control reviews of completed work
• Represent the company professionally in all business matters
• Manage company vehicles and equipment and coordinate parts
• Support the Branch Manager with administrative tasks as needed
