Job summary

Engineering Excellence is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee technicians installing, maintaining, and servicing commercial HVAC equipment. You will lead safety initiatives, schedule crews, and mentor staff while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The role demands hands-on work as needed and collaboration with the Branch Manager. Strong leadership, 4+ years in HVAC, EPA/safety certifications, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with training and 4+ years in HVAC.
• Proven leadership and training ability.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints and troubleshoot HVACR systems.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Flexible hours and on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead installations and large-scale projects with technicians.
• Schedule, supervise, and mentor field staff to maximize productivity.
• Ensure safety rules and practices are followed.
• Conduct quality-control checks on completed work.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager and service customers.
• Perform service, maintenance, and installation work as needed.
