Job summary

Engineering Excellence is seeking a Manager, Field Operations to lead the Field Management team in meeting installation goals and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with RSCs and Managers, schedule technicians, and monitor performance to drive efficiency.

The role requires 6+ years in residential HVAC service/installation, leadership ability, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training; NATE certification preferred.
• 6+ years experience servicing or installing residential HVAC equipment.
• Licensing/certification as required by local laws.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to train others.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Proficient at reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and communicate install availability with customers and internal teams.
• Manage production schedule and assign technicians to maximize productivity.
• Create job folders and ensure all paperwork, permits, and signatures are complete.
• Verify timesheets, tickets, and inventory; track equipment and costs.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and customers to resolve issues.
• Lead field staff, provide training on processes, safety, and customer service.
