Engineering Excellence Incorporated seeks a skilled supervisor to lead HVAC technicians and helpers in residential and light commercial settings. You will oversee staffing, safety, training, and quality control while performing service and installation tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating work, coaching staff, ensuring warranty parts handling, and representing the company professionally. A high school diploma with HVAC certification and EPA/safety credentials are required;

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and HVAC technical training certification.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to train others in technical skills and customer service.
• Must have valid licensing/certifications as required by local laws.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and assign technicians/crews to maximize productivity.
• Lead regular meetings to review performance and provide training on lead generation and customer service.
• Assist technicians on difficult assignments and conduct quality control reviews.
• Provide training on technical skills, company processes, and safety rules.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
