Job summary

2220 Engineering Excellence National Account seeks an experienced HVAC supervisor to oversee technicians and helpers in installing, maintaining, and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You will schedule crews, train staff, ensure safety compliance, and participate in high-quality workmanship while supporting the General Manager.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily work, improving productivity, and performing hands-on service as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC experience and relevant training
• EPA and safety certifications required
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign technicians to maximize productivity and meet customer needs.
• Conduct regular meetings with technicians; provide training on lead generation, customer service, safety, and company products.
• Assist technicians with difficult assignments and perform quality-control reviews of completed work.
• Ensure safety rules, equipment maintenance, and proper use of company tools.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction; represent the company professionally.
• Assist General Manager with administrative tasks and on-call coverage as needed.
• Perform service, maintenance, and installation work when required.
