Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a Field Supervisor for our HVAC commercial operations to oversee technicians and crews, ensuring safe, efficient installations, maintenance, and service. You will coach staff, schedule workloads, and uphold quality standards while maintaining strong customer relations.

The role requires extensive HVAC experience, EPA/safety certifications, and the ability to lead and train teams across complex projects. On-site work and flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 10+ years’ HVAC experience and leadership ability.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Ability to train others in technical skills and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead installations, retrofits and large-scale projects.
• Mentor field employees and enforce safety rules and practices.
• Schedule technicians and crews to maximize productivity and meet customer needs.
• Review past performance, provide training, and address areas of concern.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Perform vehicle inspections and ensure proper use of company tools and parts.
