Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or equivalent is required.
• 2–4 years in B2B field sales, account management or trade marketing is preferred.
• HVAC, building materials, or construction industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic phone outreach with face-to-face field visits.
• Execute and support marketing activities for the company.
• Manage and promote customer and brand programs.
• Coordinate with territory marketing coordinators and social media specialists.
• Enroll contractors into dealer tier programs and co-op funds.
• Travel within territory to engage customers and capture leads.
• Prepare marketing and product materials for customers as needed.
• Host events and trade show booths to generate contractor leads.
