FirstCall Mechanical is seeking an HVAC Project Sales Representative in Tampa, FL to drive growth in commercial and industrial HVAC projects. You will identify opportunities, engage with general contractors, owners, and engineers, and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through contract award.

The role requires 2-3+ years of progressive sales experience in related fields, strong presentation skills, and the ability to coordinate with estimators and operations to deliver competitive

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of progressive sales experience in HVAC/mechanical construction.
• Proven ability to develop new business, generate project opportunities, and close sales.
• Experience selling commercial HVAC projects or related solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new commercial/industrial HVAC project opportunities.
• Build relationships with general contractors, owners, developers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline and advance opportunities through the sales process.
• Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents to tailor HVAC solutions.
